Men and women apply to become clients and are closely vetted by our matchmakers to ensure that they are not only attractive, successful, and engaging but also genuine and a good fit for our agency. After that screening process, our matchmakers get to know them personally to understand what they’re seeking in a partner and also help facilitate some services to make them even more attractive to the opposite sex (e.g., personal stylist, trainer, voice coach, etc).

Once they’re ready, our matchmakers comb through our database and also do cold outreach to matches that they feel would be a good fit. Anyone they reach out to is asked to run through an application and connect with the matchmaker on a call so he/she can assess them personally.

Once that happens and if the matchmaker believes there might be a match, they share information about the client via a secure password-protected site.  If there’s mutual interest, the matchmaker will set up the date for the two of them and will follow up afterwards to gather feedback and see if there’s mutual interest for a second date.
